Delivery & Shipping
At La-Z-Boy, we provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase, which is based on typical manufacturing, shipping, and freight availability timelines.
Our Customer Care Team is dedicated to keeping you informed about your order’s progress and is available to assist you via email at customercare@morgan.co.nz or by phone at 0800 529 269 during business hours.
When your items are ready for delivery, our standard process is as follows:
- We will reach out to notify you that your products are ready for delivery.
- We will inform you of any outstanding balance on your order and arrange payment via credit card over the phone, internet banking, or in-store.
- After confirming your payment, we provide your details to our preferred freight carriers, who will contact you within 5-10 days.
- The carrier will discuss available delivery times with you, set a delivery date, and get in touch with you on the day of delivery.
- Standard freight services are available for mainland New Zealand deliveries (excluding Waiheke Island and Stewart Island) and require unobstructed access to your property and reasonable truck access on public sealed roads. If you’re uncertain, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@morgan.co.nz for further assistance.
- Please note: It is your responsibility to inform us of any difficult access prior to delivery; additional charges may apply for challenging access. Ensure that your furniture will fit through all doorways, lift spaces, and entrances.
- You will be asked to sign for the products upon receipt. Our preferred carriers will give you time to inspect the items before signing and will remove the packaging as part of the delivery service.
Products will arrive fully assembled unless you request otherwise. For any items that are only partially assembled, this will be communicated at the time of purchase.
